Description
In World History:
1. Students study Industrialism in Europe and Colonialism and Imperialism (Why were Europeans in S. Africa in the first place?)
2. Students write an essay about the Industrial Revolution using the essay writing skills they learned in ELA.
3. Students study South Africa before the arrival of Europeans, the arrival of Europeans, Apartheid, Resistance to Apartheid, the End of Apartheid and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
