Details
Duration: 90 minutes
Assessments: Student reflections/journals
Description
Included here are several documents that we used throughout the research paper process.
1. Mechanical Errors PPT - this PPT and lesson was created and taught by Anne Raeff. After students had received their first draft back with revision and editing suggestions, Anne delivered this lesson.
2. There were various reflections during the process. These reflections include:
RP First Draft Reflection - completed after first draft was submitted
RP Process Reflection - completed after students completed benchmark 2 (notecards)
RP Revision Reflection - completed before students began revising their paper because it gve them a plan and ensured that they had fully read and understood all of the feedback.
3. We taught a lesson on in-text citations using a PPT and models. We taught this after students had completed the outline benchmark, while they were drafting their papers.
