Description

Students will get individual time to work on their own proposal for the project, then "pitch" their idea to the group. The group will discuss the options and choose one idea or meld several ideas together the create a final proposal for the PSA, which they will then need to "pitch" to me, the teacher, for final approval. The goal of this task is to create a unified idea that will guide the creation process for the PSA.

Author Reflections

Students were challenged by the idea of creating a proposal, so if I was able to do this project again, I would show them more examples of PSA's at the beginning of the class where most students were creating their proposals, or allowe students to work in pairs within their groups.
