Project Exchange
ACTIVITY: CA Geology - Reflection
Project: California, Who Are You?
SUMMARY
Goals
Details
Duration: 60 minutes
Assessments: Student reflections/journals
Description
As with all major projects, the students need to complete a full written reflection when they have completed the presentation. This was given as a homework assignment, so that students could have more time to complete it and so that they would be more honest. The goal of this is to get students to think back about their successes and ways that they can grow as learners for their next project and as a learner, in general.

REFLECTIONS & COMMENTS
Author Reflections
This is always my favorite assignment to look over. I never complete project assessments for students before reading the reflections - the insights into the groups are invaluable in understanding students learning.
