Duration: 120+ minutes

Materials: Building materials, glue guns, drill, c clamps, saws, nails, various building materials

 

Description

Students should have brought in materials for the building of their project. They will start building and putting together the project, keeping in mind the different guidelines that they went over in the beginning of the project. This should take several days (2-3) to build and perfect.

This is VERY TEACHER FOCUSED. students will need some help with getting things together, to drill, to help glue, etc. Be prepared!

  2. Project Planning continued
  3. Assigning group roles and starting a formal proposal
  4. Project building. Should take 2 or more days
  5. Calculating different aspects of physics in your Rube Goldberg device
  6. Writing a script for the presentation (can be also done during project building and calculations)
  7. Presenting your Rube Goldberg Device to the class
